25 years of exterior remodeling expertise in your corner — without the full project cost.
Tackling your own exterior project saves real money. It also costs real money when a wrong cut, wrong fastener, or wrong product choice sends you back to the store three times — or forces you to tear something out. I've been doing this in Spokane for a quarter century. For the price of a decent dinner out, you get my experience riding shotgun on your build.
The right products for your home, climate, and budget — plus a complete shopping list so you buy exactly what you need. No returns. No "oh, I forgot one more piece of flashing" trips.
We map out the whole job: sequencing, measurements, quantities, and a realistic timeline. You'll know what to do Saturday at 8am and what to save for next weekend.
Know exactly which tools you need — and which you don't. I'll point you at the right gear, the right techniques, and what to rent vs. buy.
Hit a snag mid-project? Call or text. I'll walk you through it in real time — flashing details, tricky cuts, weather calls, rot surprises.
Send me photos at key stages and I'll review your work before you move on. Catching a mistake before the siding goes up saves hours and hundreds.
I'll steer you to the same pro-grade suppliers the contractors use. Better products, contractor pricing, and nobody upselling you on what you don't need.
No truck? No problem. I'll pick up the whole material list from my suppliers and drop it at your door. Priced per job.
I come out, walk the project, take measurements, and we agree on scope. You get a complete material takeoff and a written plan.
Order materials (or have me pick them up). Work at your pace. Text me photos and questions any time during the job.
I'll do a final walkthrough on request, point out any cleanup details, and make sure your finished work looks like it came from a pro.
No hourly clock ticking. No surprise add-ons. Start with the house visit, then add coaching only if and when you want it.
On-site assessment, measurements, and a complete material list. Paid at the visit.
Unlimited texts, calls, and video check-ins while you're actively working. Pay week by week — only while you need me.
Need me back on-site for a tricky stage or a quality check? Flat rate per visit, scheduled as needed.
Material pickup & delivery billed separately, per job, at cost plus a small handling fee.

Siding (Hardie, LP, vinyl, wood), window replacement, exterior doors, trim, fascia, soffit, exterior painting. Basically anything on the outside of your house. If it's something I'd normally build, I can coach you through it.
Usually within the same week. Call or text me — I'll tell you straight.
No problem. I can either finish the job myself or bring in one of my vetted contractors to take over. You don't lose the money you've already spent on materials — we just pick up where you left off.
For most exterior work: a good circular saw, a decent drill, a level, a chop saw, and a ladder or scaffold. I'll tell you if your project needs anything specialty (like a siding nailer) and whether to rent or buy.
The weekly support fee is pay-as-you-go — cancel any time. Only going to be at it one weekend? Pay one week. Stretching the job over a month? Pay by the week as you go.

No. I route you to the right supplier — either I pick them up for you (at cost + handling) or you pick them up yourself. I make nothing on the materials, so there's no incentive to upsell you.
Text a photo of your project. I'll tell you if DIY makes sense for it — straight up, no pressure.
