For Licensed Contractors

No Commissions. No Marketing.
Just Work.

INMA brings you fully scoped, sold jobs with a complete material takeoff — ready to build. No sales overhead, no tire-kickers, no FICA-obligating salesperson on your payroll.

What You Get

Every job INMA sends you is already sold, scoped, and priced. You show up to build — not to sell.

01

No Sales Commission

INMA absorbs the sales function entirely. You don't pay a percentage off the top. You don't carry a salesperson on payroll. No FICA obligation, no W-2 headache.

02

No Marketing Spend

No HomeAdvisor fees, no Google Ads, no door-knockers. INMA markets to the homeowner. You get the call when the job is ready.

03

Fully Scoped Jobs

You receive a complete packet: detailed scope of work, material takeoff, measurements, and photos of the property. No ambiguity, no renegotiating on day one.

04

Your Name on the Contract

The homeowner signs directly with you. INMA is never a party to the construction contract and never touches construction funds. You run your job your way.

05

Keep Your Supplier Margin

If you beat the material cost through your supplier relationships — better pricing on caulk, nails, housewrap — that's your margin to keep. We scope the work, not the supply chain.

06

No Tire-Kickers

Every job INMA sends is a committed homeowner who has already retained our services and signed an agreement. You're not bidding against four others. The job is ready.

How It Works

Simple from your end. INMA handles the homeowner relationship — you handle the build.

1

INMA scopes and prices the job

We walk the property with the homeowner, build a detailed scope, and establish a fair market price. The homeowner retains INMA and commits to moving forward.

2

You receive the full packet

Scope of work, material takeoff, measurements, property photos, and a pre-written installation agreement with your company name and UBI already on it.

3

Three-way walkthrough

You, the homeowner, and Jake walk the property together. You confirm scope details and ask questions on-site before anyone signs anything.

4

Homeowner signs directly with you

The installation agreement is between you and the homeowner. INMA is not a party to it. The homeowner's deposit goes directly to you.

5

You run the job

You manage your crew, your schedule, your materials. INMA stays available for communication support but does not direct your work or means and methods.

The Standard

INMA personally vouches for every contractor in the network. That means we need to know you operate at a level we're comfortable putting our name next to.
